I had a problem with my HOA and found that Florida government agencies could not help A friend recommended McFarland Gould so I called. They quickly directed me to a paralegal. Sam Pagan who works with attorney Phillip Dragonetti, who is expert in HOA and condominium disputes. Sam was very patient with me and spent a lot of time listening and gathering relevant documents. After Mr. Dragonetti reviewed my information, they arranged a conference call to discuss my case. He was very thorough and patient with me to discuss the pros and cons of my case.
