Wonderful law firm. I have trusted my estate planning and real estate transactions with Gary Lyons since 2004. Prompt service, reasonable, excellent advice

Jeanie Fairman called over the phone and requested services from my business. She recieved an invoice had hours to look over it. She requested for one signer to be signed and said her client had everything she needed for appointment. Once appointment was completed and paperwork was returned she dropped the ball by requesting incorrect services for their company so instead of admitting fault she placed the blame on my company and turned it into there was was supposed to be 3 signers! I’m not the one who set the signers up these were her clients why didn’t she have 3 signers there!?!? Why didn’t she pay for 3 signers? She refused to pay for my employee to travel to her client and do the work also for the work that was done! I will never provide services for them again make sure they pay you guys up front before providing services! They are based in a totally different state and the amount they got over on isn’t worth taking them to court so I figured to let the world know!

I was referred to and retained Philip Dragonetti the week of the 4th of July. I spoke to and paid him on Monday July 1st. I probably should have known during our consultation when he kept interrupting me and providing advice without complete details, that this wasn't going to work. I never should have retained him to begin with, to be honest. I specifically requested a rundown of what services were included prior to paying. He stated he would send me a fee schedule and a proof of a letter he planned to send out prior to sending it. In my experience, you sign a contract before services are rendered. He also wanted to confirm with other involved parties that they were on board with taking legal action. Which he did. I never received anything I was promised, and the next time we spoke was July 8th. They closed for the holiday and that Friday. Upon speaking, I let him know I hadn't received a receipt, a fee schedule, and my circumstances had changed - we no longer needed this letter 1 week letter. Mr. Dragonetti became defensive and made claims like, "I guess I should have charged you $2500 instead of $1000 so I could drop my other clients and focus on you.." "I gave you that price as a favor, you asked for something affordable!" He also proclaimed he had the drafted letter in front of him and said, "Do you expect me to work for free?!" No, I did not ask for any deals. Money wasn't an issue. I also never was sent anything in follow-up, no fee schedule, no proof to approve. Absolutely nothing. He was not initially willing to refund my fee, although I genuinely didn't need his services any longer. He eventually agreed, but with all the lawyers I've dealt with recently, I'd say he was the absolute most unprofessional and unhelpful. I chose to work with him based on his reviews and never got an inkling of an idea my experience would end up like this as they seem to be shining and perfect reviews. So I wanted to give my honest experience so you all know what to expect when dealing with Philip Dragonetti.

Mr. Dragonetti was incredible to work with. With his help, I was able to achieve my desired outcome as a Petitioner for an injunction. He was diligent, organized, and communicative as we worked on our case. He's very real & honest which was helpful.
