I would highly recommend Jim Dodson law for their excellent service at a very stressful time. Everyone was kind and caring and they helped me get through my settlement following a car accident when I was suffering from a concussion and could not have done it on my own. Thank you!!

Before meeting with Jim, I felt overwhelmed thinking about everything I would have to deal with following a rear-end collision that put my trunk into my backseat, my car into the scrapyard, and me into the hospital. After meeting with Jim, I had no such anxiety. Jim and his office handled everything regarding both my case, as well as the administrative details of my medical care following the accident, which left me free to worry only about getting myself back to normal. He even called me personally several times just to ask me how my recovery was going. Jim not only cares about making sure you get the best outcome for your personal injury case, but also he cares about making sure that you get the best outcome, period. After all of the work that he and everyone at his office did for me to make sure that I was able to get and stay back on my feet, I was unfortunately entitled to a minimal settlement from the other driver's insurance. Jim called me himself to recommend that in order to ensure I was able to pay all of my outstanding medical bills, he cease officially representing me so that I wouldn't have to pay any attorney fees. Knowing the amount of headache that I undoubtedly was as a client, I can't honestly say that I would have done the same. As long as he remains in practice, nobody that matters to me will ever be represented by anybody else when they could be represented by Jim Dodson.

After seeing Mr. Dodson's video's about pedestrian safety, I contacted his office for advice about my son's moving violation ticket that involved a crosswalk. He was able to point me in a direction of another attorney who dealt with the kind of ticket my son received. That direction was very valuable and it was generously offered with the utmost desire to simply help. His office assistant, Kati, went out of her way to listen, research, and get back to me in a timely manner. We have bookmarked their number and he will be the first attorney we call if we find we need a personal injury lawyer.

Want to thank Mr. Dodson for his community involvement in educating both drivers and cyclists on their rights and responsibilities. In almost 20 years of cycling been victim of hit-and-runs as well as caught up individuals that I did not believe in court got their proper responsibility assigned. Its so easy to throw away one self's right's on ignorance or good faith. Its not about getting richer, its about not getting severely under-compensated when you are entitled. And by sour personal experience, Insurance Companies only seek their own interest. Period. Keep up the good work !

I was hit by a car while riding my bike 4 months ago and suffered significant damage to my entire right arm (wrist, elbow, humerous, shoulder, ligaments). Once my surgeon confirmed the damage was worse than I initially anticipated, my ride group encouraged me to reach out to Jim Dodson, as he and his team support the cycling community in Florida. I haven’t had the opportunity to avail myself of his services, (hence three stars) and honestly, I hope I never do. However, Jim is a cycling enthusiast which means he intimately understands both the law as well as what we face on the roads each day as road cyclists. For these reasons, I believe he is well equipped to stand in court as my advocate, and if I ever need his services, I’ll call him first.

I’m glad that I had team J on my cases. Jim, Judi, and Joe did an outstanding job. The length they went to ensure the best possible outcome, words cannot describe my appreciation. Judi got the job done with an email to Geico and a follow up phone call. It's unfortunate that car insurance companies only respond to Lawyer letterheads. The Geico adjusters, Danielle Liles and Patrick Miller were prompt in the beginning, but them used excuses, (email address not used anymore and misfiling of my account) to skirt retuning my emails and phone calls, exasperating the situation.
