Horrible..first of all you said to me you were going to send me an email an letter monthly stating what your doing for my case which you never did...blood sweat an tears you didn't even do nothing for my case!!! thats why you never sent me nothing ,,the only thing you sent was the receipt to my email stating I paid you 3500 what a joke,,, an by the way you put everyone business out there i mean its all false allegations((illegal))of what you said but hey thats what scam artists do an trust me im going to let everyone know what horrible business you do for clientele thank you ,,hopefully people see this an think twice before you take there money an not do nothing,,, an everyone reading this you will only see the scam artist lawyer jonny only one time when you make the payment ,,,horrible you all are very Unprofessional..

I need someone that did not like to lose!!! Well, that was Jonny! I was so scared to deal with my ex husband again after a divorce mediation that my previous attorney agreed to things that were not in my best interest. The language of the divorce agreement made it very easy for my ex husband to request a modification in timesharing. So, with this history I just needed a lawyer that would not leave any loop holes. I needed a lawyer that I did not feel the need to micromanage out of fear. I needed a lawyer that was confident and put me at ease. Jonny was a no nonsense get the job done kind of attorney. I needed to feel confident going into this second round of custody fight. The important thing for me was feeling like my attorney wanted the best outcome possible for him and for me. Ursula was also such a pleasure to work with. She was extremely kind and patient and comforting through a very difficult time. My mediation was no where near as stressful as the first time around and my outcome was exactly what I wanted with minor concessions on my behalf. I still have full custody of my children, which was the number one priority. I actually laughed with Jonny through my mediation. It was a true pleasure to work with both Ursula and Jonny. I would highly recommend anyone facing a difficult divorce or custody battle to look no further than Kousa.

Exceeded my expectations! Mr. Kousa represented me and prepared a prenup for my upcoming wedding. I met with 3 attorneys before deciding to retain Mr. Kousa and the experience was top notch from the initial consult to the very end. I was looking for something more in depth than a simple template, Mr. Kousa’s prenup was extremely detailed and well written. He charges a flat fee and took the time to review the prenup, make edits and explain every clause to ensure I was comfortable with the terms. One of the best things to mention is Mr. Kousa is HIGHLY RESPONSIVE. He replied to emails and calls extremely quickly and was very easy to work with. The entire process was extremely thorough. If you are looking for a family law attorney look no further. Trust me, I did my research and he is the best of the best.

I cannot stress enough how AMAZING Jonny was to work with from start to finish. Prior to finding Jonny I must have had 10 consultations from other attorneys in the area. NONE of them made me feel confident that they could handle my case as this involved an unborn child at the time as well as two different “home” states initially battling this out; opposing counsel made this more complicated than it had to be. However, Jonny was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about UCCJEA and explained jurisdiction and how this would go. I immediately felt confident in our first phone consult and retained him same day. He did not disappoint!!! He was compassionate, thorough, knowledgeable and professional but he is also no nonsense and knows the law. Ursula was also impeccable and amazing throughout my entire case. She exudes kindness and professionalism and she made my life easier during a very, very trying time. When I tell you this man is amazing ! I went into my divorce scared and stressed out my mind. He definitely put me at ease and most importantly, he LISTENED to me! He didn’t rush me, he didn’t hustle me, he kept it honest with me and above all again, he actually took the time to meet with me personally and listened to all my concerns and guided me every step with ease. I never had to wait for a email reply, literally before 24 hours he had a reply for me. I would recommend him any and every time! A million times over thank you Jonny !!!!!
