Very slow process to answer questions, almost a month to tell me that a check is being cut, the person in contact don’t know when, It have been 5 months and no solid answers, very frustrated and disappointed.

I am in the process of trying to execute a settlement after 2 years and the attorneys are actually trying to justify receiving $18,000. $15,000 in "separate fee negotiation" with the insurance company and the contracted 20% fee. So I am to receive $12,000 and this firm grabs $18,000. Die*go is claiming I agreed to this extra gift to them yet I have all the texts and only agree to the actual settlement, not being informed of their double dipping. I am still waiting on a return call from an actual attorney but consider this a heads up before choosing this firm and signing any contract with them. For clarification, I have the text thread as well as screenshots of my trash of deleted texts. No where is there a text sent to me by them and replied to by me agreeing to them receiving TWO fee payouts amounting to more than I receive. I will happily delete this review if it is proven to be in error but as it stands now, I did not receive nor consent yet a text magically appeared "in his system" the day before my text of consent to the original settlement. Very strange, possibly a problem the Florida Bar might have to settle. Remember, no attorney is actually for YOU, they are for the FEES.

Our experience with YiA has been awful! First their personal never bothered to inform us they had reached out to our insurance company Our then adjuster informed me she couldn't speak to us due to lawyer rep. I called YIA and had NO idea who was the paralegal. Some man looked into who the person was in our case Melissa never called us then when I called her she hung up on me and never called back. I called again to be told she had to take another client call. Yet when I talked her again she claimed she was talking to the lawyer and there was no time left! So someone was lying. I called HR and asked to get me someone else. They got us another paralegal who had personal issues and we didn't have time to wait Our insurance was dropping us in a month. Then I talked to Dania who was nice she sent an estimator who told us he would send in the estimate after the team weekend but he took 3 1/2 weeks This brought us to the end of the year We had a bad insurance adjuster on top of all this from Frontline our insurance co.. Then YIA wanted to go to court which we said we didn't want After a month there was finally a conversation with our Frontline adjuster where she said it was a water claim NOT hurricane and YIA NEVER bothered to find this out!! The lawyer we talked to once and he didn't know either What a mess! Once we knew it was a water damage claim we ended our relationship with YIA because there was nothing they could do for our case. Before their representation we sent in pictures of broken items from the Remediation company. It took over a month to be reimbursed by Frontline for our broken items and they sent 2 checks Now YI A is trying to say they are owed that money for doing nothing! YI A is dishonest and we are retired. They were supposed to help supposedly to negotiate to get us funds now they want to take the money for broken items that we sent pictures into Frontline. !!?? Their estimate was a waste since it was never considered due to this being a water claim which goes by the perimeters of our policy Now they are holding a check for 1509.06 and will not give us any money! We can offord to renovate our home because of YIA. They are bad news and are taking money OUT of our pocket not getting us money,!! BEWARE
