2.3.2022, Sebastian S, was the person who came out today to be present with our recorded statement. He arrived early, explained the process, and answered all questions. He kept me calm and at ease, which was great because this process has been long. Very thankful for such an amazing group of people that are willing to help.
1.11.2022, Javier U, was the person that came to our house today to oversee our insurance adjuster being here. He was extremely polite, emphatic, and knowledgeable. The entire YIA team has been wonderful throughout this whole process so far.
