Today, November 30, 2021, Javier U visited my house on behalf of his Insurance Lawyer. He provided excellent and very professional service. UPDATE: today is March 19, 2022, 4 months after their first visit, they have received some money from the home insurance company and they have not sent it to me ... I am clear that it is not enough and they continue. to the next step to get the rest, BUT since it's the rainy season, my roof is leaking badly and needs some kind of protection... I need the money you've received to protect the roof from leaking. SHE told me I'll get that money...but I haven't received it yet...I keep calling everyday...No answer...I WILL KEEP POSTING AND CORRECTING THIS REVIEW AS THINGS DEVELOP...of course , this review is not permanent, I will keep updating it for better or for worse..I ended up getting much less money of what the roof replacement cost. They took their 20% commission anyway and I have to put 3 thousand dollars from my pocket. They promised that they will continue the claim and recover that lost. I will keep updating how things developed.

07.06.22 Sebastian followed up with the latest inspection and made sure everything was done properly as always. 06.08.22 Sebastian returned for help with a different issue I was having and made sure to answer any questions I had. 11.29.21 Sebastian came on time and was very nice and informative on what the process would be while he inspected my home.
