My wife and I hired Farber law to help us on unpaid Insurance claims related to Hurricane Irma. Our Insurance paid innitialy only 10% of the amount covered on our Policy; however David was able to get us 100%. I would recommend him for sure.

This is the second time we have needed the Farber Law Firm's services. Our first experience was smooth and produced very good results, way beyond our expectations. Admittedly, this time around we set our expectations higher and Farber did not disappoint. I cannot recommend The Farber Law Firm enough as your insurance recovery lawyer. The traumatic experience of having your claim denied by your home insurance carrier is heartbreaking. The Farber Law Firm helped us through the steps of settling with our insurance carrier and was even able to recover more than our original settlement ask. In March of 2018 we discovered a pipe leak in our kitchen that caused extensive water damage to our walls, floors, and cabinetry. Our insurer’s adjuster and the restoration company both assured us that our claim was covered and would be resolved rather quickly. A month or so later, our insurer hired an engineering company to provide a report that would be used as the basis to deny our claim. Thanks to The Farber Law Firm we were able to fight the denial and settle with our insurer. I will not ever go through an insurance claim without The Farber Law Firm’s assistance again. We are still deep into selecting a company to complete our home repairs and will post an update when everything is complete.
