Avi acted as my attorney on a closing of a condo I purchased that became quite complicated. Avi provided excellent service in helping me to close on a difficult Miami Beach condo transaction. I was originally pre-approved with a national online mortgage lender, and Avi had the foresight to recommend to me a more specialized lender who has more experience with Florida condo loans. I wish I had followed Avi's advice sooner, since the online lender failed to approve my mortgage, and that left me with only one month to close the deal with Avi's original recommended lender. Avi and his team worked very quickly given the tight time frame, and they made sure that we closed the deal on time. Throughout the process, Avi answered all of my questions quickly and professionally. I really appreciate the work he did to save my condo deal from the mess that the online lender made.
