Before reaching out to the Dabdoub Law Firm, I had contacted several other offices that did not want to take on my case. I had just about given up hope. I contacted Dabdoub Law Firm and I promptly received a call from Kevin Probst. Kevin was extremely personable, professional, and knowledgeable, and is well versed in issues relevant to disability cases. He answered all my questions and concerns. He and his staff were excellent at communicating with me and kept me informed about my case. Through their efforts, the denial for my disability was overturned. Tanja Vucetic is an absolutely phenomenal attorney. I worked with her at Dabdoub on a disability claim in 2021 and she was fantastic to work with. Tanja is proactive, responsive, and was easy to get in touch with. She contacted me regularly to give me updates on the status of our claim. She is a great writer, and I was very impressed at the quality of the letters she wrote on my behalf to the insurance company - they were thorough and compelling. Tanja also has great attention to detail and could point out things to me that I may have missed in reviewing the documents myself (and I am also an attorney, though in a different field of law). I feel lucky to have found Nina Burgos. She’s competent and empathetic. She’s handling my case remotely because I don’t work or live in the same state as her office. Ask her questions and she will answer you honestly. I hope to never need another disability lawyer, but I would contact Nina right away if the need ever arises. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends. I might not have gotten any of my benefits if it wasn’t for Nina because I originally underestimated the insurance companies tactics to avoid paying benefits for which I have been paying premiums to for years. Once I hired Nina she handled all of the contact with the insurance company. I feel confident that I have a true advocate with Nina.

Mr. Kevin Probst was fantastic!!! Everyone kept telling me that I would never win my cases. Mr. Probst said the complete opposite AND won my cases!!! Right after our first conversation, I knew I had made the right choice for my attorney. He was always available and patient to answer any of my many questions. I had a GREAT experience with this firm. From the start, I was interviewed to the review of my case prior to retainer. The lawyer was well informed and truly understood the length and outcome of the case. I give a five-star recommendation.

Simply said and in my opinion, Attr. Bryn was the only attorney able to handle such a complicated cardiac case. The LTD company paid me monthly LTD benefits for 2 years before they decided to cut me off for no reason. I googled LTD attorneys and found Attr. Bryn in Miami Florida area whom I decided to hire. I spoke with too many other attorneys but found Attr. Bryn the most qualified. Her intelligence, experience, common sense and quick responses set her aside from other attorneys. I have to admit that I was hard to deal with and almost stopped because of my illnesses and financial burdens, however, attr. Bryn was able to make me feel better and continue. In conclusion, I do recommend Attr. Bryn for any LTD case because she just won the most complicated one. Thank you Attr. Bryn for all the hard work!.
