I was connected with Kevin Schaefer when I called Dadoub in desperation to resolve having had my disability claim denied. I'd just gotten off the phone with my insurance case manager and felt sick of the runaround she and her colleagues kept giving me and sick of being treated like I was some sort of lying slacker when I was in fact sick and unable to work. Kevin listened to me, gave me good strategies to fight back with facts and more knowledge of my rights, and simply made me feel like not giving up. His advice worked and my denial was overturned--with as little reason given as i got for the denial in the first place. I wish I'd known this kind of support was out there from day one of filing a disability claim. It's the worst time in your life to have financial stress on top of everything else. I highly recommend Kevin. He's great lawyer and also just a good guy.

I can not say enough of attorney Eddy Dabdoub and Quay. They are the most caring and loving attorneys, (hard to find these days.) They were there for me at a very hard time in my life trying to get long term disability approval for my ongoing illness. Their experience, expertise, and knowledge helped me incredibly with my long term disability, which I can say, thanking God that I was approved for LTD benefits. If you are reading this, you are like me. I spent days, hours, and countless emails with various law firms all over the state of Florida. Unlike everyone else, including local law firms in Tampa and Lakeland I was not taken seriously or I was asked to call somewhere else. I was DESPERATE for help with my Long Term Disability case. I had to give up my car, declare BK, and I lost my home. After speaking with Bryn, who became my attorney, I immediately liked her demeanor over the phone. Dabdoub Law Firm has been my LTD claim attorney for 3 years, and has successfully represented me in 2 claim denial reversals. Most recently, Prudential Insurance denied my claim stating that the reasons for my inability to become gainfully employed had not been substantiated. This was despite their having paid my claim for 4+years, due to irreversible and declining health concerns. Attorney Edward Dabdoub personally and immediately drafted a letter requesting that Prudential reverse this recent claim denial, or litigation was eminent. Additionally, he was candid and prepared me for litigation, as my HMO physicians were not being fully supportive in referring me for updated diagnostic tests; and updating Prudential's required paperwork. We were so surprised and excited when Prudential reviewed their records and reversed their claim denial!
