Upon my initial contact, the representative from the law firm called me instantly. My case was assigned to an attorney right the way. After my first conversation with Nina Burgos (the assigned attorney), I was very satisfied with her knowledge regarding my situation. She put me at ease and explained everything with a great detail. If I could grade 6 stars for her services, I would! Nicole is a sharp shooter and straight to the point kind of attorney. She is not a "small talk, beat around the bush" kinda gal. She will be brutally honest and help you resolve any issues you need her assistance in resolving. She is always ontop of your case and will always have your best interests at heart. I honestly feel like I've made a friend in dealing with her. I cannot recommend her enough! She made me having to deal with a really tough person, a piece of cake. Often when I was having alot of anxiety pertaining to a family matter, Nicole would comfort me and reassure me of my rights. Her response times are immediate and very compassionate.
