Excellent service!

Found myself between a rock and a hard place after my carrier shut down my benefits. Interviews many lawyers and didn’t know where to go. Each time, I just seemed to go back to Kevin, and his extreme Candor. I was constantly kept updated at every step and even when things went slow. Kevin and his team knew all the in’s and outs of my carrier and were an awesome choice at getting my Long Term Disability reinstated for me!! Thank you so so much! I first spoke to Kevin Schaefer from the Dabdoub Law Firm on the 20th of April 2021 after three months of having submitted a work-related stress STD claim to Met Life in January 2021. Every month my claim was denied. On my monthly appeals I submitted updated documentation from my Health Care providers supporting the STD. On my very first call to Dabdoub Law Firm I was immediately connected to Kevin Schaffer. He asked have you been denied, what did they send, what did they say, did they ask you to do this, all within the first few minutes of the call, regardless if I engaged his services he was already helping me. We then discussed the process of my employer’s disability insurance company, of which he was also very familiar and explained that multiple things were going on there as they were completing an acquisition. As a previous business leader this all made complete sense and I needed someone who knew all of this and their processes which immediately put me at ease. Finally he actually knew about the chronic disease I am diagnosed with, has had other clients with the same and knew what would need to be done to put together the proper rebuttal.
