I feel lucky to have found Nina Burgos. She’s competent and empathetic. She’s handling my case remotely because I don’t work or live in the same state as her office. Ask her questions and she will answer you honestly. I hope to never need another disability lawyer, but I would contact Nina right away if the need ever arises. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends. I might not have gotten any of my benefits if it wasn’t for Nina because I originally underestimated the insurance companies tactics to avoid paying benefits for which I have been paying premiums to for years. Mr. Kevin Probst was fantastic!!! Everyone kept telling me that I would never win my cases. Mr. Probst said the complete opposite AND won my cases!!! I had a GREAT experience with this firm. From the start, I was interviewed to the review of my case prior to retainer. Simply said and in my opinion, Attr. Bryn was the only attorney able to handle such a complicated cardiac case. The LTD company paid me monthly LTD benefits for 2 years before they decided to cut me off for no reason. I googled LTD attorneys and found Attr. Bryn in Miami Florida area whom I decided to hire. I spoke with too many other attorneys but found Attr. Bryn the most qualified. Her intelligence, experience, common sense and quick responses set her aside from other attorneys. I have to admit that I was hard to deal with and almost stopped because of my illnesses and financial burdens, however, attr. Bryn was able to make me feel better and continue. Anytime you must retain an attorney can cause great deal of feeling unsettling and being anxious. This wasn’t the case dealing with Kevin at Dabdoub law office. He took over my case in the middle of the appeal and was up front with me and had me write a declaration to personalize my physician letters with a person behind them. At first I was hesitant but found it to be beneficial to my appeal process and also cathartic for myself. I recommend Kevin at Dabdoub law office for representing you if you are having difficulty being awarded your payments from any insurance company.
