I live in Massachusetts but felt that this law firm specializes in exactly what I needed. Once I spoke to my Attorney I had confidence that I had someone working to help me and understood my case. I faxed and emailed what I needed too but they also worked hard gathering information on my behalf. I won or should I say we won and I would recommend this team. They are warm, understanding and although they struggled through a hurricane they continued to answer all calls. I truly feel that if I had another Attorney the results would not be the same. I had a somewhat complicated claim. There was no single injury or illness, rather a litany of issues that combined made it impossible to meet the needs of my employment. I met with Eddie Dabdoub to evaluate and he was frank, direct, yet sympathetic. He managed my expectations realistically and prepped me for my role in the process. My initial claim was approved within a few weeks. Unfortunately the insurer insisted on additional documentation that we determined was not relevant to my case. We attempted to respond in an appropriate manner, but I missed a deadline by a few days and benefits were suspended. We loaded up a massive amount of information, labs, letters, progress notes and filed an appeal. Both Eddie and his associate Kevin Schaefer drafted a bullet-proof 11 page document that did the trick. The appeal was approved almost immediately. My experiences with Wagar Dabdoub firm, including attorneys, para-legals, and staff have been nothing short of stellar. I can endorse and recommend these people without the slightest hesitation.

Virginia is a very dedicated individual and lawyer. I hired her to defend me against a threatened to suit case for defamation due to me writing a truthful review for a service received where the dog-sitter caused harm to my dog.
