Using this firm made the process less stressful. Dealing with the insurance company was so stressful and exhausting. I was denied part of my STD and LTD benefits. Nina represented me on a case in California and won. We were able to get the benefits reinstated. This was certainly a huge relief for me amidst all the health problems I've had. Nina's communication style is clear and concise, she is also clever in dealing with the insurance company, she doesn't give out more information than she is required to in case the insurance company uses it against the client later on.
