I chose Dabdoub law firm because they were the only ones who could help me with filing my initial claim for long term disability insurance. Other law firms only would help after my initial claim was rejected. ( I wanted to have representation from the very beginning, and Dabdoub was the only firm that offered that specific service.) My benefits were originally approved, but the insurance company unfairly terminated my benefits after about 6 months. Fortunately, my attorney Kevin Schaeffer, appealed, and my benefits were reinstated. If it hadn't been for Kevin, I would not have gotten any money from the insurance company.

After you pay your retainer fee, you will not hear from Marti. I have to call her several times and she just hits me with “I’m in a meeting”. Never receive a call back or any form of correspondence.
