I have to say I had the best experience (attorney)with the worst scenario ( filing bankruptcy) I can’t explain enough how amazing the attorney and her staff are. I never felt like I was pressured, rushed or forgotten where in fact I felt that I understood the entire process, I was given plenty of time to ask question last and to fully understand what the process was . The communication both email and over the phone was amazing! My first meeting with her I knew she was what I needed for my situation. She took her time to Anwser every little question until I understood completely . Throughout the entire I was kept informed or what is going on which made me feel even more comfortable . I wasn’t some client she didn’t remember but I truly felt taken care of personally and respectfully. Her entire staff was amazing! They care and so does she! Anyone scared of this whole process please know you will leave her office feeling a million times better!!

Attorney Clare Casas Walked me through chapter 13 with incredible compassion, patience and skill. Selecting an attorney may be a very difficult and daunting decision. After months of search I decided to meet with Clare Casas she was a beacon of hope so knowledgeable, informative, calm, and pleasant demeanor. she was always available to me, knew all the details of the case without hesitation, her office staff are very helpful, professional and knowledgeable as well, they are all fully bilingual but you could not tell the difference.
