Coming to grips with a failing financial situation is frightening and demoralizing. I tried a debt relief/consolidation service and was then hit by lawsuits while in that process. This left me considering bankruptcy - the thought of which terrified me. I did my research, reading reviews for BK attorneys in my area, and came across Clare's firm. She came well recommended, so I screwed up my courage and made an appointment. Clare was professional, very calm and understanding and that demeanor carries forward through her staff as well. Everyone is exceedingly kind and compassionate. Clare asked thoughtful questions about my situation and at no point left me feeling demeaned or judged. She listened as I talked about my fears and my feeling of having failed, despite best efforts to keep the financial ship afloat. She reviewed how a bankruptcy works and what the next steps would be in getting started. I walked out of the consultation feeling better and shortly thereafter decided to proceed with the bankruptcy. My only regret is not having sought this avenue earlier. It is not an easy step, nor a short process, but I think it was the best decision I could have made.

Attorney Clare Casas is an excellent professional and as per my personal experience I highly recommend her to anyone who needs to file for bankruptcy. In probably one of the lowest points in my life I met with Clare Casas to discuss my debt situation and options. We were having credit card debt problems, and because of reduced income we weren't able to keep making the payments. We tried everything possible from contacting each bank directly to reach payment agreements and close the accounts, to contacting a non for profit consolidation agency. Ms. Casa is an excellent, knowledgeable and experienced lawyer. Her professionalism goes beyond meeting expectations. I was within days of loosing my house in auction in Broward County Court. I am a single mother with two children and was struggling. I did everything to trying to saved my house. The modifications were denied three times by the bank. I spent lots of money hiring others attorney who promised they were help me with the house situation and it was not true. If you are thinking about filing for bankruptcy, Clare is your answer. I lost my job due to my disabilities and have a family to care for including two kids. From day one, Clare and her team made me feel comfortable and she explained every step in the greatest of detail. I suffer from PTSD and have a hard time getting along with others, but Clare was able to make me feel like family. When something came up Clare or Carmen would call me informing me of what had changed or any documents needed while still making me feel comfortable about the process.
