Today I found out that two of three tickets I had been charged with were completely dismissed, and a total of only $150 in court fees were assessed. This is going from many points and far more in fees. Excellent work and always there to answer questions, would definitely recommend!

I was late for work and I got a ticket for 52 in a 35 ;/ but Russell fixed that for me and got my ticket dismissed. Thank you, Mr. Bernstein!!!

It has been a pleasure to have an attorney whom is extremely knowledgable, confident and passionate with a very big heart. I had a business lawsuit unfortunately the first time around in court I lost the case due to hiring an attorney in which does not have enough experience nor knowledge of my case, all he cared about was how much money as well in general that money was his first priority due to this I lost left with no other choice which lead to my appeal of this case. When I spoke to Michele, she gave me confidence and hope because she believed in me, but she never promised anything other than working hard on my case. When I saw Attorney Feinzig’s motion to remove the judgment against my company and I , I could not believe it because Michele actually knew About the case more than any other attorney as well myself. Attorney Michele Feinzig pointed out in the motion some very sensitive crucial areas of the lawsuit and succeeded in winning the case in appellate court.

Was given a notice that my license would be suspended for 5 years for being a Habitual traffic offender. I really was worried that there was nothing I can do and almost gave up hope. I decided to try and reach out to someone/anyone for advice if (funny thing was it was a Saturday morning and didnt think any lawyer would be working on a weekend) and sure enough Bernstein answered my call within minutes which was amazing! He gave me advice and said he should be able to help. I understood that in these situations nothing is a guarantee but I took a chance and boy am I happy! He was able to fix it and fast enough that my license never got suspended! Good service all around!

Michele's writing skills are exceptional, which is immensely important to an appellate lawyer. She presented the issue in the case in a very clear and concise manner and argued effectively. Russell's a great man. I moved to California in the middle of dealing with the courts and was worry free while he took care of EVERYTHING. He did warn me about possible fees or schooling as well after the case was dealt with. Highly recommended .
