I was referred to Evan for a workers compensation issue. Evan came to my home, reviewed with me all aspects of what I needed to know and set my expectation levels. The process was far less challenging having Evan work on my behalf with the insurance provider, their attorney's, the court and more. Evan was able to settle my workers compensation claim quickly and with a monetary settlement I was happy with. I highly recommend Evan if you have a workers compensation issue.

I got Mr. Kennedy's information from a friend who had used him and I sure am glad I did. What a difference from what I was expecting. No high pressure to make a decision or settle on the first offer.
