I had the pleasure of working with several people from this firm, from a partner to para legals. Nicole Romero was my attorney and she worked hard for me to get me the most she possibly good. She was great to work with and her communication was top notch, between emails and phone calls, she made sure I was on top of everything on my side. I highly recommend using them for your work injury and for somebody to fight for your rights like you feel they should for you and your family.

Really wished I would’ve read the reviews before hiring them. Do not hire them. They don’t call you back, nor do they listen. They always have an excuse to everything that they are lacking. They never have any answers and 90% of the time the assistant doesn’t know what they are talking about. They don’t look at the documents you’ve submitted until you call them. This firm doesn’t take accountability for anything instead play the blame game.

They got me paid, I would recommend letting them handle your case. They took good care of me when the company I worked for was not being cooperative the lawyers took care of everything for me.

Wouldn't recommend this place. They have minimal contact with their clients and only care about closing their cases. Having been injured at work I was attempting to get my case closed out through them. They set up 1 apt between my lawyers and the insurance companies I was notified I had to be there. Made plans to miss work for this apt only to be informed the day of that it was rescheduled for a month later. The reason I was given was because they planned to mediate with the insurance and didn't want me to give a statement. So if this was a planned thing for me to not show up why wasnt I informed ahead of time? When they approached mediation I told them a number I wanted to be at. The lawyers informed me that I would be unable to continue working my current employer if this was settled. I told them I needed to know who exactly that employer would be before I could settle as we ran through a payroll company and needed to know who it applied to. The lawyer informed me that she would find out because I told her this would impact my ability to settle. She never contacted me back with this clarification I assumed this clarity was happening during their mediation. Instead she chose to settle without informing me of my one request. I am now being told I must sign documents and can no longer work for my old employer and there is nothing else to be done about it. During this whole process I felt like I was pushed to the side and just handled when they had extra time to deal with my case. I would recommend anyone else seeking help with a work injury to do better due diligence than me read the reviews about any company you sign with before locking yourself in. I was injured before and went with morgan and morgan, I wish I would have done the same this time as well.
