She does everything correctly. The only problem I had was that they expect you to do Many things that in my opinion should be done by the law firm. But in general, it was a great job.

Isabel put together a comprehensive Green Card application for me. Her approach was extremely detailed. When USCIS requested additional information, she promptly responded. As a result of her representation, I was awarded my GC. I plan to hire Isabel again when it is time for me to apply for citizenship.

I retained Heidi Friedman for my elderly parents. Paid her a 10,500 retainer where most if not all of the work was relegated to staff. She spent no time respecting my father’s wishes and relied on me more than my own parents. She lost documents and couldn’t get a handle on the true value of the assets without significant direction for me. Moreover, my father was left in the worst position. No elderly person should consider hiring this attorney as an ever.

This firm is stellar. Everyone I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and professional. There is quite a learning curve when applying for Medicaid. It is complex and can be daunting for a lay person. Heidi has a team in place that absolutely understands the ins and outs of the process and has the ability to guide their clients seamlessly through the application procedures, along with the seemingly endless stream of government forms, interviews, assessments, deadlines and paperwork that goes along with it. They set out the parameters for accomplishing our common goal clearly upfront and if there might be a delay, for any reason, they informed us of it ahead of time, confirming their ability to get things done in a timely manner. They are also reachable in a variety of ways...something I found important when we were working toward a deadline. From our initial zoom call with Heidi Friedman, and then working with Shanta and Aimee in their respective departments, there were no issues that went unresolved.
