I retained Mr. Stepniak at a time of great crisis in my life. He listened to my concerns with compassion, then suggested the options from which I had to choose. He was professional and very timely regarding filings with the court and response to my questions and concerns. His paralegal, Jill, is a great asset to his practice. Always cheerful and ready to help, she, too, listened compassionately and was frequently in communication with me. I never had to wonder what was happening with my case, as they always kept me informed of the status of it. Were I again to find myself in a situation requiring legal counsel, Mr. Stepniak would be who I would call.

I was going through a divorce, and Robert and Jill made the experience less traumatic. Robert always took the time to speak with me on the phone, and anytime I came into the office. Jill was amazing, and walked through every piece of paperwork. Jill also squeezed me in when I walked into the office to start the whole process. I didn't think to make an appointment, but they still worked me in. Their price is more than fair, and they will look out for your best interest the entire time.
