Amazing experience Bob and Jill are an awesome team who handle everything in a timely manner

From the moment I spoke to Jill on the phone I felt very comfortable and at ease. She made this entire process really simple! Robert is just as great. He explained every step and made sure that we were happy before moving forward in the mediation process. If the need ever arises again, will definitely hire the Stepniak firm.

DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY. I HAD TO FIRE HIM BECAUSE HE TOOK MY MONEY AND DISAPPEARED. HIM AND HIS WIFE JILL ARE ALSO LIARS. AND AFTER I FIRED HIM, HE MADE UP FALSE BILLING HOURS TO KEEP MY MONEY. BEFORE YOU THINK OF HIRING HIM, JUST GOOGLE HIS NAME. 99.9 % OF THE REVIEWS CLAIM THE SAME THING ABOUT HIM, THAT HE TAKES YOUR MONEY AND DISAPPEARS. HE ALSO BAIT AND SWITCHED ON ME. BEFORE I HIRED HIM HE TOLD ME IT WAS A FLAT RATE AND THEN SENT ME A CONTRACT THAT OUTLINED HOURLY BILLING. HE ALSO LIED TO ME ABOUT THE SERVICE OF PROCESS IN MY CASE. I HIRED HIM TO START A SIMPLE CONTEMPT MOTION. WHEN HE EVENTUAL SENT ME THE MOTION TO SIGN, IT HAD MISTAKE AFTER MISTAKE IN IT. I HAD TO CORRECT HIM ON THE MISTAKES AND WHEN I FIRED HIM HE BILLED ME FOR THOSE MISTAKES TO KEEP MY MONEY. I HAVE A COMPLAINT AGAINST HIM WITH THE FLORIDA BAR. I ALSO HAD A NEW YORK ORDER THAT I WAS TRYING TO ENFORCE AND HE DID NOT DO ANY RESEARCH ON THE NEW YORK LAWS THAT APPLIED TO MY CASE. HE DID NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS. I HAD TO GO INTO HIS OFFICE TO GET A ANSWER AND EVEN WHEN I DID NOT HIS WIFE JILL TOLD ME THAT I COULD NOT COME TO HIS OFFICE. I WARN YOU AGAIN TO GOOGLE HIS NAME BEFORE YOU THINK ABOUT GIVING HIM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. GOOGLE HIS NAME "ROBERT F. STEPNIAK" "ROBERT STEPNIAK" STEPNIAK ROBERT." AFTER HE READS THIS POST HE IS PROBABLY GOING TO TRY AND PUT A LAWYER'S SPIN ON IT BUT DO NOT TRUST HIM. THESE REVIEWS THAT LIST HIM AS BEING HONEST ARE PROBABLY PAID FOR AND FAKE. IN MY EYES HE IS A DEAD BEAT. AFTER I FIRED HIM, I FOUND A LAWYER FOR $500.00 WHEN HE KEPT MY $2,500.00.

Would definitely recommend! Robert was so great to have on my side and did a great job getting exactly what I was looking for in my case. His wife was also a pleasure to work with. Great at getting back in touch in a timely matter whenever I had questions.
