I had the pleasure to meet Mr. Chanfrau and his lovely staff. They helped me and my autistic child when we need it the most. They are very compassionate people. Great customer service, awesome support and highly efficient (THE highest). Their efficient and knowledge will blow your mind away. They will always be highly regarded ..... I'd give them an 11 instead of a 10 .... Just love them!!!

Chanfrau and Chanfrau Are the best law firm in the area. They are profession but have the kindest and friendliest staff. Bill Jr and his staff put me at ease and they truly were concerned about not only my physical health but my mental health also. The staff at Chanfrau and Chanfrau are top notch. Jessica, Laura, Ashley are just a few of the staff I worked with. They always answered all of my questions. No matter how trivial. It can be a nerve racking process when you have been in an accident but they got me the best Doctors and made sure I was taking care of. I cannot say enough good things about Chanfrau and Chanfrau. If I am ever in need of an attorney, I would definitely go back to them. Why go somewhere else when they are best. I thank them for all of their help.

My experience with Chanfrau & Chanfrau was absolutely amazing. Kelly, and her team, Melanie and Dahiana were very understanding, professional, and very caring during my case. They worked so fast and was on top of every little thing. They got me the justice I deserved. If I ever need a lawyer again, they will always be my first choice.

Called for a consult last week, and when the representative called me back, I was told the attorney "respectfully declined" with no reasoning behind this declination. This defeats the purpose of a "consult."

They persisted for over two years and Greg finally arrived at an outcome that I can say that I’m very grateful for. The communication throughout the entire process was outstanding, especially from Jessica. I cannot say enough good things about this firm. The whole Chanfrau & Chanfrau team is incredible!

If I could give zero stars, but alas, no. I received an email stating that this group of "lawyers" would return my call/via an email from them, for the next day. CRICKETS. Go elsewhere to get help, THESE people aren't interested in helping.
