Let me start by saying, I am not a litigious person. I had an accident in October of last year where someone crossed all four lanes of US1 without stopping and I t-boned her. She admitted fault at the scene, I refused EMS and had a friend to take me to the hospital. I NEVER once thought I would need an attorney until my own insurance company was not helpful and gave me the run around. I sent one email to Chanfrau & Chanfrau and received a callback from Kelly almost immediately even though she was at a personal event after hours. We set up a meeting for the very next day. Walking in I was so nervous, suing someone is just not in my wheel house. Kelly and Roxie immediately showed empathy, reassured me that once the medical bills started rolling in and I started dealing with the insurance company that they would take care of everything for me. They even assisted me in communicating with the insurance company when they lowballed me on my payout for my car even though that part of the case did not pertain to them. Roxie communicated with me as needed but making sure to check in at least once a week while I was seeking medical treatment. She always explained the process so I understood everything that was happening. They were VERY efficient in negotiating down medical bills, explaining the next step in the process, and suggesting new forms of treatment. Even after my case was settled, they still kept in touch to ask about my progress. They made a dreadful situation in to a positive experience for me and I cannot express my gratitude in just one little review. In summary, if you need an attorney, feel content in knowing that Chanfrau & Chanfrau will take care of you and never make you feel that you are a burden.
