My experience with Chanfrau and Chanfrau was pleasant. At first, I was not going to get an attorney, which would have been a terrible mistake. My auto accident involved me getting slammed from behind at a red light by a driver behind the wheel of Chevy Silverado on October 15th, 2018. Unfortunately for the innocent bystander/victim, we are the ones who suffer. Injuries, $5,000 damage to my new car, missed work hours/days. I learned the hard way to protect myself and my family. When I decided to walk into their Palm Coast office, I was immediately listened to by William and Kelly. They scheduled me with a doctor to be examined by. I would have not known where to start on my own. An MRI revealed 2 ruptured discs in my neck. I began with chiropractic care and physical therapy. I wanted to avoid surgery at all costs, as it is actually the last resort. As the result from this therapy, along with pain management, sucrose and steroid injections, nothing was helping. As a matter of fact, my pain worsened. During this entire time, they continued to show concern and to direct me. Marissa, who is awesome BTW, always pleasant and a pleasure to deal with would call me at least once a month to see how I was doing. She would always ask if there is something that she can do to help. Lori is also well informed of my case. She was awesome as well. During the first 2 and one half years, C&C were not paid for anything that they had done in my case. When we got to the last resort, we scheduled surgery with Dr. Vinas, who is a top notch surgeon. Great team he has also. Lori contacted me prior to surgery with an offer from the insurance company. I asked her if that figure took surgery into consideration. She said no. I refused it. A 2 day hospital stay for disc replacement surgery followed. They immediately presented a counter offer settlement from the insurance company for the maximum amount. Although the money doesn't rid of all the pain, time, lost revenue and inconvenience I was caused by a distacted driver, it sure as heck helped. This would not have been possible without the time and concern of Chanfrau and Chanfrau. Thank you so much, and I will always recommend them. As a sidenote, and this needs to be mentioned. When I came home after 2 days at Advent Medical Center, a few minutes after I arrived, my doorbell rings. It was quite a bouquet of flowers with a lovely note from my attorney. They always go the extra mile. Thanks you guys! 🙏❤😊
