I have to say that Chanfrau & Chanfrau is an excellent law firm with Kelly being one of the nicest, most compassionate and thoughtful attorneys that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. There was a misunderstanding on my part when dealing with an issue I had. She was kind enough to call me and help me work though it without getting upset at me. I called them up several weeks ago and tried to ask them questions about my particular situation but instead of the free consultation with the lawyer I ended up telling my story to a middle man who supposedly relayed the info to her. Three weeks later after not hearing from them I called up and spoke with the same lady who said oh I was meaning to call you and tell you that she won’t be taking your case. Unbelievable, I thought! I was given no reason why they wouldn’t take the case or why they never bothered to call me back. A very unprofessional law firm in my opinion!
