Lack of communication for a busy man's schedule. Withdrew from my case because it didn't fit in their financial table. And will call that conflict of interest.

I personally have not had the best luck with them in my story thus far. Communication with them has been poor. I began calling in March although they don't have our first contact till april. Weeks of calling to only get a phone call appointment set a month in the future. Ive always had to follow up multiple times with everything to even get a response. I finally gave up after not getting a response from them over price of services. They claim they sent a response via email. Yet searched my email and nowhere can I find such a response. The whole time took from the End of March to end of september to accomplish nothing really. I will meet with them again my confidence and trust is low but I'm open for them to change my view of them.

My experience with Chanfrau & Chanfrau was a long and hard journey. From the beginning, which started over two years ago, to the final settlement. I could tell from the first appointment that I could trust Bill Chanfrau Jr., Amanda Brown and the Chanfrau team. Being a Vietnam Vet, that does not come easy. As time went on I could see that this law firm represented honesty, integrity and professionalism. The team was diligent and courteous and treated me like family.
