Following an auto accident in which I was the victim of a red-light runner I initially contacted a lawyer in the city where I work; however, following the recommendation of my daughter-in-law, I decided to have Chanfreau & Chanfreau represent me. This was my first experience dealing with anything of this nature and can attest this is a top-notch firm. I met with Bill, Laura, and the team the next day following the accident and felt well taken care of from day one. We just want to thank Chanfrau & Chanfrau so much for their endless hard work, their restlessness to not let the other side bully us and everything they did to make sure our son was cared for properly. The entire office every time we walked in were so welcoming and warm. Greg and Roxie always went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything that was happening and why each step was being made, they were very attentive to any questions we had and they explained things to us so we understood why things were happening the way they were. He personally takes an interest in your case, and what is best for you is his foremost concern. He is patient, and clearly outlines the process, what to expect, and presents an honest assessment of your case. He really helped me win my case.
