I wrote very little in my question regarding removing my 34 yr. old son from my home. To my great surprise, Mr. Gaffney gave me very detailed advise of many options. I chose the option that was compassionate and solved my problem by negotiating with my son, and to my surprise, came to an agreement that saved me a huge amount of money, aggravation, time and heartache. The money.... to my son to help him which helps me (my heart), instead of a costly legal battle that would scar any future endeavors for him to rent. Gary provided very detailed explanations of Contract law in the state of Florida, for me (an out of state person). I understand so much more about my particular predicament than I was able to gather from online research and applying my own interpretation to what I was reading.

I expected a very generic answer at most, but I was vey impressed and appreciative for Mr. Gaffney's in-depth response. He gave me a very helpful and thorough answer and helped me make my decision to avoid an unnecessary legal battle which would most likely not be resolved in my favor.

It was very kind of you to review my issues, and answer so fully. I have filed my lawsuit. Fidelity withdrew the $25k offer because they said they may have to defend the seller (as well as me, the buyer), so they can't settle with "just one" party. The others have filed their motion to dismiss, and I have answered. They all object to almost every interrogatory and request for production, so I am in a real pickle, and spend my days and nights studying case law, statutes, FRCP, and answering/filing pleadings. Not what a 68 year old recent cancer survivor needs to be doing. I read your answer again (at first I was kind of teed off by your answer). I hope a trial by jury will result in a verdict in my favor.

Mr. Gary was a delight to work with. He was able to explain to me my options. I think we need more like him to help guide us through this process. If his services were available to me I would hire him. :)

Mr Gaffney answered my posted question in full detail rather than the typical cookie cutter response from others that I need to speak to an attorney. The best thing he did was to offer 2 options, 1 of them being the "good neighbor relations." Who does that anymore? Thanks Mr Gaffney, and I'll match my stache to yours any day! Have a great one...

I asked a question online and he gave me the exact advice I needed to hear an order to properly move forward when it came down to what I needed to do when renewing my lease. Grateful for his knowledge and feedback as well grateful that he didn't just brush my question off by letting me know that I need to obtain a lawyer in my area. Thank you once again!
