Contacted her her over my daughters child custody case. She answered 24/7. She handled it in a very effective and professional manner. Months later had a harassing neighbor and she nailed it! Everything stopped! Her rates are very reasonable and she truly works to your advantage! You couldn’t pick a better attorney. I would and will hire her again.

My God had I read all of these reviews I wou have never hired this firm. I signed and paid an $1800 dollar retainer in September of 2020 to handle contempts. The hearing was dragged out until January 2022 and I have been invoiced over $15000. Not only that but the night before my hearing I am told Winter Spires will not be representing me and that she is having an old colleague fill in. I never spoke to this attorney until the day of my hearing. The blame game and the finger pointing I experienced as well. This is an attorney who will give you false hope she is lazy full of excuses and all correspondence is through email. Winter Spires will sell you nothing but lies and give you false hope. Words can't express what I have experienced... it is criminal. I expected more out of someone who has a father so involved in helping a community. Looking back she's got a great sales pitch and all of her excuses involved her own children, She has no regard for anyone else's. If anyone is looking for legal help please do not make the same mistake myself and the above reviewers have made.

After my wife passed in 2015 I hired them to handle retrieving money from a joint account that was frozen. Needless to say, I will never make that mistake again. This experience was very frustrating. After asking for an invoice on a bill I received, after I believed all payments had been rendered (2017),I never heard back from them. Fast forward now to 2021 and I am now receiving another invoice saying I still owe money. This should speak volumes to anyone worried about time being a factor. I would rather just pay what they think I owe than have to deal with them any further. The quality I expected for the amount of money I paid was just not there. I would caution to shop around. Many other better options are out there.

If I were to give Winter a score on a 1-10 scale, I would say 20. I can't imagine it to be possible to find a lawyer more passionate about her job. I swear, it felt like she was fighting my case as if she were the one in my shoes. We had countless late night conversations about my case, which just blows my mind how incredibly driven she is! Personality wise, we got along like long lost friends. Winter is so easy to talk to! I felt completely at ease talking to her about any topic. And HOLY COW is she smart!!! Ideas she had blew me out of the water with her brilliance. I would recommend her to everybody! I'm a little sad that I won't have a reason to call her anymore now that we accomplished our goals. I wish her nothing but the best!
