Has 7 addendums, 3 pushed closings and probably the worst experience working with the seller. Cathleen calmed me down every step of the way. Fast forward to 30 days ago, I hired Munar Law by recommendation, and it was one the best financial decisions I have ever made. The HOA was on the verge of denying my new buyer because he was a foreign investor without direct economic ties to the US. The HOA also added unreasonable conditions to the approval certificate. Jesika stepped in and gave the board legal direction, and within 24 hours the sale was approved. If she wasn't an attorney, she could easily be a writer; her tone is firm yet unpretentious, humble yet persuasive. She knows how to deal with people at all levels. Their whole team is super efficient, the closing manager is sharp as whistle, the paralegals gathered all my information and were super optimistic in a time of high stress (thank you Isabella). Jesika saved my deal and I will be forever grateful for her hard work. I'll be back if I ever get an opportunity to buy or sell in Florida.

I recently needed to have someone added to my house deed and wasn't sure where to begin. I spoke to my sister and she referred me to Jesika at Munar Law. Jesika explained the process to me and was beyond helpful. Her attention to detail and professionalism was extremely top notch. Not only did she prepare a new warranty deed for me but she also noticed that my current quit claim deed from 2012 was not done properly so she made the necessary corrections. Any questions that I had were answered promptly including emails over the weekend. I can't thank her and her team enough and highly recommend them to anyone with real estate attorney needs.
