I did not know about this business but for the convenience of distance, etc, I decided to do the "closing" with them. It was a pleasant surprise. Outstanding. Im a lawyer, and can recognize good attorneys when I see them. From the beginning, Jesika exhibited professionalism, responsiveness, kindness, and advanced knowledge of the subject area. This market isn’t easy for buyers. We went through 6-7 offers before finally being accepted. Jesika and her team have an exceptional understanding of the market and the urgency that it requires when you are a buyer trying to just get an offer accepted. With each offer we made, we’d run to Jesika and Cathleen with the contract, which she would quickly mark-up with suggestions. They were always available for questions pertaining to each property, and often provided us with specific issues to consider we hadn’t thought of. Even our realtor said she had never seen title attorneys do so much. When the time came for us to finally be under contract, Jesika and Cathleen led us every step of the way until we closed. They even negotiated closing early on our behalf with the Seller which they got done! We had to deal with numerous hiccups involving the inspection and the lender and the insurance, and the one thing we never had a single problem with was our attorneys. Exceptional service from beginning to end. Best decision we made. Will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone. A couple of months ago, my husband and I became sick with COVID. Prior to this, we did not have any estate planning or trust. We are both in our 60’s and felt that this must be taken care of immediately. My daughter recommended MUNAR LAW to us. She had a great experience working with them in the past. We worked with both Jesika Diaz-Munar and Kathleen Plasencia. We were in a vulnerable time, and they were very understanding, honest, patient and flexible. There were a lot of law jargon that we did not understand but both lawyers took the time to patiently explain to us everything so that there were no uncertainties on our side. Afterall, the decisions we made then will impact us and our families for years to come. They were also very flexible with our appointment scheduling. They did not rush us, as they understood the gravity of the matter. Overall, they are trustworthy and honest, and I will recommend them to any family and friends.
