It was a smooth process working with Van Horn Law to file my BK petition. In my initial consultation, I spoke with Micheal who was so down to earth and told me about his experience filing. It really put me at ease after feeling disappointed and defeated before calling. He really gave me hope that set the tone for my entire process. I spoke with Chad in the initial consult as well and he told me what chapter I would be filing and assured me I am not alone in this process. There were a lot of documents sent in to the documents team and Carmela did a really good job of getting those organized. Edna was my paralegal and she was very detailed and fixed any issues I had very quickly. My 341 meeting went really well, Stephen was awesome! The group ensured the trustee had all documents for me. I saw other lawyers at the meeting with their clients and they were missing documents and even late to the meeting. So I know how good I had it with my lawyers. Overall, great experience, if you are thinking about it, just do it and work with Van Horn law group! The only feedback I hear about filing BK is that they wish they had done it sooner and I feel the exact same. Counting down to my discharge date!
