Thank you Chad and Martha for the prompt response to concerns I had about a mortgage modification. Your help was greatly appreciated.

First Thing: Chad and his staff made us feel relaxed, relieved and optimistic from the first meeting. He's truthful...if it's good news, he'll tell you, if it's bad news, he'll tell you and give you all the options. He's up front with his pricing and doesn't try to add hidden costs, which is something we were worried about (this is the first time we contracted a lawyer). Everyone at the office is very friendly and ded everything they could to help us through what was basically a horrible time in our lives. They were great at communicating with us, gave us plenty of reminders for court dates and payments, and even followed up after everything was settled to make sure we were in good shape. I recently had the law firm of Van Horn Law handle a financial case for me. Filing bankruptcy is a nightmare of an experience in itself but the firm handles your case and you with the utmost respect. The office manager Martha goes out of her way to answer your calls and emails even after hours.
