I had a great deal of anxiety re: filing bankruptcy, and took me a year to finally reach out to an Attorney. I just completed the 1st phase of filing for bankruptcy. Justin Leagogo has been compassionately supportive and encouraging throughout this process. He is prompt with responding to questions and takes him time answering my questions. He is thorough and clearly cares about the clients.

Hello My Name is Avis Holloway, it was such a wonderful experience having Van Horn Law Group to handle my case. Losing my mother (Stroke Victim 15 years) caused me to struggle financially and had to file bankruptcy after she expired.
It’s such a pleasure having less stress over my head financially. Didn’t want to lose the house momma worked for! So, filing bankruptcy helped to keep up with my mortgage now. (AMEN)

While coming to terms with needing to file bankruptcy was VERY overwhelming, the actual process itself has brought a sense of relief. Chad and his entire team have been a breath of fresh air! From the initial call, I never felt rushed or pressured in anyway. They helped my husband and I navigate this trying situation as flawlessly as one could expect. Our paralegal, Crystal, has been wonderful and made herself easily reachable, even over the weekend. Can’t thank this entire team enough!!!
