They were compassionate and explained things to me in understandable terms. The staff from the office to the attorney was the best I've ever experienced. Now I have to come up with a way to put a deposit down. One day at a time. Give them a try and you won't be unhappy. Good luck.

I had a brief consultation which felt very rushed it felt like the attorney didn't really want to hear me out. In all fairness at the very end he did ask if I had any legal questions but since I felt like he wasn't truly trying to hear me out and let me completely explain myself during the conversation I was pretty much over it and said no. The firm seems more like an assembly line than a law firm, I've been working in law firms for over 10 years and have listened to hundreds of attorney consultations and this consultation was not that great. The attorney seemed pretty rude. I shouldn't be able to pick up on all of that on an initial consultation. As for results I cannot comment on that since I didn't hire them and do not plan to. However, customer service and initial consultations should be handled a lot better. People are going through tough times you guys can be a little kinder.
