The first stage of the process has been smooth and everyone in the office that has been assigned to our case, has been competent and polite so far. We are now in the wait for the case to be filed and will update this review with more details about the rest of the process.

This law firm are liars. They will begin by lying to you about redemption of your car and sell you pipe dreams. All their marketing on Instagram are from Employees of the Company and not actual customers. They have employees that do shady business by not providing customers refunds for services that were misrepresented. That is wrong business practice. If my case was never filed if the court system then I want my money back. You are keeping customer money away for services that weren’t executed. That is wrong and lawyers get barred for that business practice. This law firm has shady individuals that work them. Who has a profile of a chicken? You not even a whole man if you do that.

I was looking forward to filing a bankruptcy with this firm. I advised them to call me at a later date. To which I answered the phone but was at my second job and couldn’t talk. I mistakenly hung up. The firm called back and I was still with a customer and sent it to voicemail. I was planning on calling back but received a text from Sabine that stated, “ Since you hung up, I'm assuming you do not want to proceed with us regarding the chapter 7 bankruptcy, which is perfectly fine. We will stop contacting you moving forward. Have the day you deserve!” This was really uncalled for and actually insane! I was going to call back. This is highly unprofessional and I hope Sabine is blessed in the highest way possible. I will find another firm.

I have been taken by the hand and led to a path that is shortly coming to a close. I first met with Ms.Melissa Tait who collected (my headaches) billing documents and all financial transactions and sent them in a file to Paralegal Ms.Edna Arroyo Martinez whom for the last two weeks listened to "my whiney" (woes) that I can't do this on my phone and within 24 hrs scheduled an appointment with Attorney Stephen Weinstein (real breath of fresh air) where he gave Me confidence and further directives for Paralegal Ms.Edna Arroyo Martinez who within a half Day was back on the phone with Me and going over My file one page at a time authorizing all 58 pages to complete My file ..making it completely READY for my Case meeting with my Creditors!!
