I met with Tanisha Reid regarding an issue I was having with my student loans. She was attentive, insightful, knowledgeable and caring. This is a review for Tanish Reid at the Van Horn Law Group, P. A. Regarding Student Loan Rehabilitation. Walking into the office, I felt nervous/anxious and almost hopeless that my student loan would be such a heavy burden on me that I would never be able to handle it. I took the wrong approach and my approach didn’t work. Tanisha, explained the process, she is warm and friendly and put me at ease. She took control of the situation that had control of me and turned around completely. I now feel like a heavy burden has been lifted and that with Tanishas help I can get out of default, get my credit back and move forward with much less stress. Thank you Tanisha. Steve

PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE 5 STARS REVIEW. They will come off very nice and act like they care about your issue, but it's all a lie. This is my honest review of the service I received. I have contacted 5 other Law office regarding my student loan and this is the worst one. I receive 5 mins consultation, not 30 mins. I was rushed off the phone when I started asking questions. I was told I needed to pay $250 for advice that other Lawyers provided in their 30 mins consultation. I did pay the $250 for information I was already aware of. No one will call you to go over the information in the analysis, you will just receive a email and their fee if you want to retain then. Forget about getting a return call when you call their office. I feel so bad about wasting my $250.

I was looking into bankruptcy and I was contacted by legal zoom and was offered a “free” consultation with Chad and it was very obvious that he was counting the “free” minutes as I was asking him valid questions about how my credit and business would be affected. In the end some of my questions where still not answered and all they wanted was the retainer fee. And his secretary Laverne Wallace even emailed me the retainer packet to get started and I kindly emailed her back that I still had more questions. So all I can say is I was not impressed at all and I’m not going to trust a stranger with my money unless I’m going to get all my questions answered. So at this time I still have not heard anything back from this law office. Seems like they don’t like to inform people and just want you to give them payment with no questions asked.

Van Horn Law Group, P.A is by far the BEST! My experience with Tanisha Reid has been nothing but AWESOME!!! Mrs. Reid is the epitome of EXCELLENCE!
