My experiences with Carmen G. Soto and her team, especially Allison Bishop and Melissa were stupendous through and through. These ladies know their craft and walk the extra mile for you. I consulted with the firm five days before Christmas and although most of the world was off they held my hand through some very dark times. Every call, email and question I had was handled with utmost care and professionalism. I also appreciated working with people that care for you on a personal level instead of just handling you as a “case“.. Allison Bishop was a beacon of hope to my family at a time when our options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed almost impossible. Not only was she able to defend us from an unjust life altering event, her calm and empathetic demeanor offered emotional comfort to myself and those I care about most. My son and I are eternally grateful for her service and I highly recommend Ms. Bishop without reservation.

As a single parent, the process of co-parenting and finding a way to navigate keeping custody of my child after separation was very daunting and often scary. Attorney Carmen Soto offered a very compassionate approach and professional solution to my situation. Allison Bishow was my attorney and she was very personable and great to work with. I felt she had my best interest in mind and would recommend this team to anyone. Getting Divorced is a rough process and I needed an attorney that I could get in touch with quickly and responded fast to issues that came up during the whole process. Allison was super fast at getting back to me in moments of conflict with my ex. That was the level of support I was hoping for in my attorney. A great job overall.

Please do not get rip off by Carmen Soto, the worst experience that I ever had!! To begin she was extremely attentive and friendly on our first interview, after I paid the $3500 I never herd from her ever again, she passed my case to another attorney named Alison something. This firm is nothing but money hungry! My case never was resolved, and absolutely nothing was done. They will charge you for a simple phone call to find out how the case is going. DO NOT HIRED THIS ATTORNEY!! If you read all her reviews, most of them have give her 5 stars 🌟 Why is that and few 1 star? Because those who give 5 paid the most amount of money and then she will take care of you and represent you, but if you are going with a limited budget, WATCH OUT!!! She will pass the ball to a mediocre attorney who just practically just graduated and doesn't know anything with elementary knowledge, and that's exactly what happened to me and others who rate her with 1 star lime me. Is it right to represent a client poorly because you have a limited budget? And give you her best when you have limitless budget? Carmen Soto should not agreed to represent me because because she was not gonna make a lot money from me or others with the same 1 star reviews; It is the same pattern if you read their reviews, Carmen Soto did the same thing, pass the bowl didn't do nothing but collect ans walk away. Not very ethical pattern, it reflects exactly what this firm it's all about!! MONEY HUNGRY!!! UNETHICAL! I feel I've been robbed.

Allison Bishow one of the lawyers at the law firm was very kind and helpful in what was a difficult situation for me. She did treat me like a typical case she really understood my situation.

Had a very good experience through out my Divorce process. I am very thankful to Allison for everything she helped me with. She always responded to my questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend this firm.

Carmen Soto, PA, is truly a great attorney, she handled my case professionally, and gave me the advice and guidance, that I needed. I have had experiences with other attorneys in other fields in my career, and I can say that her and her office staff, from Lourdes, to Sara, and the whole staff, are an amazing team to have working for you. Carmen Soto is very fair, and wants to help resolve your case, and shows you the best way to accomplish it. If you are in need of any type of family law, divorce, or alimony dispute, she is the best choice. The retainer contract is very clear on how payments are expected, so Im not sure why some of these reviews about her taking your money, or "dropping my case'" are even valid.
