Hiring Carmen G. Soto for my child support case was a huge mistake. This woman only cares about padding her account. I am not married so what should have been a simple case was dragged for over a year and a half and almost $10,000 out of pocket for absolutely nothing. Her assistant Lourdes had the nerve to call for an additional $3500 retainer. I told them I will pay them in full once we go to trial and I start getting some child support. She turned around and DROPPED my case. On top of that she liened my home which had gone into forclosure because my ex had stopped making the mortgage payments. Over two years later and not a dime from my ex this woman that calls herself an attorney is still picking my pocket looking to get paid on the sale of the home. Do yourself a favor and look her up read the reviews before hiring her I wish I did. Most reviews posted must be from friends/relatives all the bad reviews have similar stories to mine. She is a heartless woman that will take your money drag your case and rob you blind before you realize you have been had by a snake calling herself an attorney Contratare a Carmen G. Lourdes tuvo el descaro de pedir un anticipo adicional de $3500. Les dije que les pagaría en su totalidad una vez que vayamos a juicio y empiece a recibir algo de manutención infantil. Además de eso me iso un derecho de retention de la propiedad para el pago. Más de dos años después y ni un centavo de mi ex, esta mujer que se hace llamar abogada todavía está buscando que le paguen depues de aver vendido mi casa que se fue en ejecucion hipotecaria. Hágase un favor y lea las reseñas antes de contratarla. Esto es algo que devida haber hecho yo. La mayoría de las reseñas publicadas deben ser de amigos y familiares, todas las reseñas negativas tienen historias similares como la mia. Ella es una mujer sin corazón que tomará tu dinero, arrastrará tu caso y te robará a ciegas antes de que te des cuenta de que te ha engañado una serpiente que se hace llamar abogada.

I should begin by saying how grateful I am to find such an outstanding attorney when I really needed one. In 2018 after a really bad experience with my previous attorney, I felt like I was at the lowest point in my life. I do not want to explain in detail why because this review is for Attorney Allison and not for my previous experience. After I met with 7 other attorneys, I came to meet Attorney Allison. I met Allison in Aug 2018 and at the first consultation she gave me a lot of confidence in my case and she really takes her time to listen to what I want to achieve and really tried to work with me. After the initial consultation, I hired Attorney Allison to be my legal counsel for my modification post-settlement case. I was so impressed how fast and aggressive she was and taking control of the whole situation. Allison was always on top of things and the communication between us in these 2 years was always up to date. Anything she receives from the OC will be forwarded to me immediately and that’s what I like. Finally, after more than a year and a half of fighting back and forth plus delaying with the trial, I finally have a trial date set. During the time before the trial, Attorney Allison really helped and guided me with every step to be prepared for my trial. I was so nervous prior to the trial since it is my first time ever having to be in the court. Allison always comforted me and encouraged me and told me exactly what I needed to do. After my trial, I was so happy and relieved with the verdict from the GM and got more than I expected. This was the happiest day in my 4 years after the divorce. This result would not be the same without the help of Attorney Allison for sure. I sincerely want to thank you for your professionalism and your great work.

Me parece que es una oficina con falta de bocacion, no me gusto su reprensetacion que a la fecha nos tiene con más problemas, nos represento para firmar papeles que nos perjudicaron respeto al caso de una custodia, su asesoría la hace por que le toca cumplir y casi nunca esta para contestar el teléfono, aparece cuando quiere y alargo el caso con excusas absurdas, su único interés es dinero, se pago más de 3.500 dólares y se terminó haciendo todo solo por soltar el caso ya después de haber cobrado, YO LES DOY CONSEJO NO SE PERMITAN LLEVAR POR CALIFICACIÓN DE BUENAS ESTRELLAS!!!! Porq estás son ofrecidas por estas oficinitas a cambio de un buen descuento en la labor. No se dejen asesorar de esta oficina es una burla!!

a great attorney Empathetic, knowledgable , and professional. Attorney Soto is a great communicator. From our first meeting with her, I felt comfortable with her. She told me what to expect, and how she was going to proceed with our case. Attorney Soto has kept me in loop throughout the entire process. I am very proud to have her as my attorney. I had a night mare divorce and she made me feel at ease during the process. As soon as I met all her staff front administrative team to Ms. Martinez with the finances she breaks everything down and answers all questions there is no waiting with them.
