I highly recommend carmen. Went to her for help with a civil matter as she was recommended to me by a friend who just went through a divorce. She allowed me to explain everything and took the time to go over my options. What I appreciated most was that she did not just tell me what she could do but how she could do it in a way that I could understand. I went to other firms to get consultations and I was not treated the same. Even better, her team was really attentive and welcoming. Go see carmen, she will take care of you!

All prejudices and stigmas associated were stacked against me since I am of the male minority species going against a mother. Despite some of the obstacles I mention, my initial meeting with Ms Martinez went well! She was very straight forward and listen with helpfulness. Then walked in ...unknowing our future attorney...Ms Allison Bishow. Her spirit and expertise with the team work was laid before my eyes. Ms Bishow and Ms Martinez closed the deal for me in choice!!! I felt like I was on the. A- side!! Ms Bishow not only well versed but seasoned in the Florida laws that govern relocation cases. She also..takes corrected actions to keep..you on task and involves you in course of action. The trauma in these cases can be very insidious. She guided us thru jungle of emotional trauma. She tailored her knowledge and passion to our situation thru her preparation of our case. Because of her attentiveness, I felt like a ....million dollar client!! Never did i feel I was left...in left field. Also, Ms Gomez was so professional and polite conveying messages in regards to updates in my case. The team never blew smoke. They were straight forward with the how and why in communications. Other words..Ms Allison and team...talked my ..language. Identification is very important!! The opposition felt they had a very strong case and often displayed those tactics. The oppositions' stand was ..No negotiations...unconditional surrender! The fears whether imagine or real can be unbearable. Ms Bishow was always poised, considerate and unwavering in meeting my goals. My attorney was able to uncover the underlying motives and bring out the exact nature of the truth. That being said, the relevant facts that are applicable in the laws of Florida were conveyed by Ms Bishow...elegantly!!! Despite the detours and dark twists during the course of the case and especially trial, she adjusted cause she knows what she is doing!! Never compromising or wavering from integrity or truth. This story has a happy ending but if it was adverse. I know in my heart.of heart, the law firm was my best shot. Thank God for a decent attorney especially this firm. Every negative review on here is facts! I had the same issue. I paid her over $3000 and even after I told her not to start my case, oh and I have it in email with HER confirming it, and still all she wants is money! They NEVER started my case. I NEVER gave them any documents. I NEVER got my money back! I basically prepaid her and yet she wanted more money even after a signed contract! Stay away from this office! It’s true.... all she cares about is the money! Someone needs to call the bars on her! Ethics is out the window!

They did an amazing job on my case. I live in Baltimore,Md Ms.Soto,Ms.Allison,and Loudez did an exceptional job on my case I definitely recommend this team to anybody with a family case.

All they want is money!! I don’t understand those good reviews about Carmen Soto. She only contact you for money related otherwise she has her assistant working for her. Stay away from them. If you don’t pay them all before the hearing they will withdraw and drop the case no matter what!!. It is not true the fact that you can pay in several payments They don’t give a S about you as a client . Lourdes is very unprofessional and very rude. They won’t fight for you aggressively enough and they will delay response to motions, or filing motions.

Carmen Soto is the best, i retained her for my bankruptcy. She is very compassionate and willing to work with you. Her and her staff are very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

I sent a message waiting for an appointment. Never answered. Then I had to call her to schedule an appointment. The day of the appointment was canceled and his assistant did not know what to tell me. That is to professional?

Do not use this firm. They will drop you for 1 late payment. Even though you call ahead to inform you will be only about 1 week late because of the holidays. They then lied about trying to make numerous attenpts to reach me. Only sent me an email telling me they will be dropping me. Horrible communication skills. Use another firm who actually is compassionate and sympathetic towards their clients because this one isn't.
