I did not speak with Carmen but her paralegal. I was apprehensive about speaking with a a paralegal and not an attorney although I know paralegals do a lot of case studies for attorneys.She gave me such good advice and made me feel confident about an upcoming hearing. If I have to retain Carmen I would do so just from speaking with the paralegal as she advised me with my matter I didn't even need an attorney! What attorney turns away business?! One that is interested in helping others! I just hope the advice on to get it dismissed works but if not it was explained to me that a separate case would have to be opened anyways closing the one that has been keeping me up at night! Thanks for your advice I'm looking forward to putting it in action!

Carmen and her team are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend her. We’ve delt with other family attorneys before and she’s hands down the best. She was very understanding and compassionate. Extremely honest and straightforward which is amazing to find in an attorney. Her and her team were all hands in, trying to find the best outcome (which they did). To anyone that is going through a divorce, I understand very well how important it is to choose the right attorney. I live in NYC and my wife moved to Florida. She did not let me see my son for almost 5 years. I did not know what to do, so I had to fly out to Florida to fight for visitation as well as a divorce. I spoke to many attorneys but ultimately I decided to go with Allison. I can’t begin tell you how lucky I was for choosing her. My ex wife was a very difficult person to deal with, and her lawyer was even worse. Luckily Allison took control of the situation very quickly, always outsmarting the both of them and being two steps ahead. My ex’s lawyer was acting like I had no chance in seeing my son and was constantly bragging that he was going to win this case. When I originally started the divorce, I was absolutely convinced it was going to be never ending but Allison assured me that I would be seeing my son and finalizing the divorce within a few months. To my surprise, that was exactly what happened. My ex׳s lawyer eventually gave up and I got to see my son! This was a very stressful and emotional time for me but Allison and her entire firm supported me in every way possible. I am proud to say I have finalized my divorce about a month ago and have since, been able to speak to my son everyday and see him. I still can’t believe I am done. Big thank you to Allison! She is just an incredible attorney and an amazing person Again, thank you so much to all of you. I will definitely be recommending this team to anyone else I know of that’s going through a divorce down there in Florida.

I do not recommend this lawyer with their work staff, they are some incopetentes, my husband and I were with them and the only thing they did was take money did not solve anything and when I play to go to the audience they left the case, if nothing matters ... no they have no compassion for their clients they only see for more and more money ... we feel cheated .... the worst of professionals
