In my experience with attorneys, they clock in the clock out they do what’s best for their bank accounts. David Scott was not one of those attorneys. I’m a single dad that did not have any type of rights to my children and their mother was playing many games. David Scott helped me understand what my rights are and how to fight for them. He took the time to explain every letter of the law that I needed to understand to better serve my case. He’s a rare find because he actually cares about his clients above anything else and only wants to do what’s best for his clients and their families I strongly recommend using David Scott for any personal needs that you have legally. He will fight for you and your rights with every fiber in his body. Thanks David I really appreciate what you did for me and I know my two boys do as well.

I was facing a restraining order full of false domestic violence and child abuse allegations from my wife who was seeking a divorce. Unfortunately, we were living at her parents’ house where I naturally had no allies to defend me and the false accusations were corroborated by her mother who became her witness. After being dissatisfied with the initial attorney I retained who did not adequately prepare for the case, I was very happy with the results of Mr. Scott, my second attorney who executed a flawless strategy to depose both my wife and mother-in-law and expose the lies. I was just astonished at how the false narrative they were attempting to paint about a real incident that happened crumbled in the depositions. They contradicted each other so many times and my wife was forced into admissions that beat back the most egregious accusations she made against me. He actually did a lot more clever legal maneuvering over the 2 months he was on the case, and Gwen and Amalia did an amazing job keeping all my evidence organized and ensuring the deposition transcripts were ready in time for trial. Even though we settled out of court with a civil no contact order, my wife realized the mistake of false statements under oath and eventually dropped the divorce which would have posed further issues for her, and we decided to work on reconciliation where I now have full access to my children as before. So did Mr. Scott save our marriage too lol I don’t know but look he was definitely a rockstar attorney

After almost 3 years dealing with two felonies and with another law firm that did nothing but take my money. Stephan Dobrinsky with Meltzer & Bell took my case and worked very hard to get my case dropped. I could not be more happy with the results. I will recommend him to anyone I know

I reached out to get legal advice on how to take legal action against my phone carrier, which he provided me great information that I took. However, when I initially proceeded to explain my issue, he talked over me to cut me off while I was talking, so I could skip to the main part of my issue. Maybe he was in the middle of working on a case, or stressed about something else and time was essential, regardless based on that first impression, I will never reach out to him again if representation is needed, but thanks for the advice!

Mr. Hindi is the best! Came across his ad on Instagram and the only regret was not contacting him sooner. He took on 4 separate cases for me and settled one within 45 days and sent me the full $1,000 the lawsuit was settled for and made the company we sued pay his attorney fees. He’s a man of his word and works very quickly!

I never thought I'd need a federal defense lawyer, but life's funny that way. The process was intimidating, but David explained all my options so thoroughly that it helped me relax for the first time in months. David was able to negotiate a plea and I avoided jail. 5 stars is a no-brainer.
