We are a small, non-profit Chinese cuisine website, and we were threatened with a bogus copyright infringement claim. Mr. Heitner schooled them in "Fair Use" and they dropped their claim in a matter of days. His fee was quite reasonable.

Darren was a huge help in getting my legal issue resolved quickly and relatively painlessly. His response time to every one of my concerns was record-breaking! I can recommend his services without reserve.

We were sent a presuit letter from a copyright company asking for a lot of money we didn't even have. Darren took the case and worked miracles. I was going to deal with this without a lawyer but that would have been a terrible mistake. I did extensive research on Darren and his copyright cases. He is incredibly good at this. Darren is also kind and understanding, and you can tell from the way he interacts with clients that he cares. Would highly recommend if you are dealing with a copyright issue.

I worked with Darren on using unlicensed pics from the internet from when I started my business (and didn't know better) and he was able to get us a 45% reduction in what we owed. Once we paid his fee, I would say it worked out to an 11% reduction. It took 5 months, which was not a bad thing, because I didn't have to pay anything other than his fee during that time. It was worth it.
