Personally I had bad experience with this firm , initially I contacted the is firm because we need to resolve an issue with something we purchased and we got scammed for more than 5k with a company in Miami , this firm ask for every detail in this case and they took it but after 3 months I was trying to contact them and the person in charge of my case was no longer available and they didn’t tell us anything like an update or anything so I had to call Them and also write many messages via Instagram and after 3 weeks they finally responded just saying that they not gonna take my case without mentioning anything Terrible customer service and I believe the lawyers or attorneys working there are really amateur and with zero professionalism

I made a lot of trouble for myself with a DUI. And Rachel of Meltzer & Bell, P.A. was my lawyer. She always answered the millions and millions of questions I had and never let me feel that I was just a number in line. I found her to be very sincere and really cared about my progression through the VETERANS DUI PROGRAM.
