I signed two contracts for representation (first one had a mistake) as I was involved in a multi vehicle car accident. A few weeks into representation Trevor, a paralegal, said that the law firm felt it was “better” for me to have an attorney who could work “on all aspects” of my case and they couldn’t do that so they told me that they couldn’t represent me. My response? I asked how long they have been doing this type of work and why the law firm didn’t think about that when he signed me up? I never got an answer to my answer my question. Basically, they back pedaled the agreement as I feel my case involved too much work and was not a quick money for the firm but used a lame excuse which shows the firm is only about making a quick buck with as little effort as possible. During the initial intake they ask if you would settle without going to court so now I know why they ask this question. Remember, there is a purpose to every question. I was also not impressed by how a staff member Susan couldn’t figure out on her own that an SUV is going to have less damage than a vehicle simple due to the fact that the SUV is higher and this the frame sits much higher than the frame in my car which sat lower resulting I’m much more damage to my vehicle due to the mismatch. These are basic concepts anyone working at a law firm that represents car accident victims should know, in my humble opinion. Along with this basic concept I had to explain to her other details so she could understand why my vehicle had more damage than the SUV. During the call, I agreed to not be represented by them (the phone call with Susan not understanding why my car was more damaged than the SUV was scary) so at this point I felt it was probably better that I get another lawyer and was not upset about them dumping my case dumping my case. During the call when they dumped my case, I asked to have a conference call with an attorney to make sure that I had a few questions answered such as charging zero dollars for breaching the agreement. How I was going to get my file to which I’m entitled to have etc… As of todays date, I have not received an answer to tej above questions which prohibits me from even attempting to find another lawyer. The week is almost over and I can’t even call anyone else due to the law firm taking their time in responding to my original verbal message on Monday. I did do a written follow up message yesterday. Today is Thursday. So based on the above experience, no I would not recommend it. These attorneys only take cases that are no brainers and they like a quick buck. Update: It’s been more than a week and I’m still waiting to get my file!

I’ve been with many firms, and although her lobby is beautiful, I tried reviewing some of her cases at they were none so it seems to be more commercial then law

Where do I start? I can literally go on and on for months maybe years giving praise to this law firm. They treat you like a human being they treat you as if you're their only client. I suffered from TBI and had some memory issues and they were great with keeping up with everything and even assisted me with remembering these appointments. They treat you like family they care about you. If you want a law firm to treat you the way you deserve look no further. Trevor and Susan were absolutely amazing! Thank you!!

I personally have worked with firm on a case that was small under 5k payout and ex husband used firm for an extremely complex case with a large payout and the care this team provided shows they really care about their clients and not amount you are in a suit for. They take care of you like no other from speaking with Kristin and Todd years ago to now following up on details with my case with the amazing Reyna, I’m always blown away at the level of service they provide I highly recommend this firm. The customer service for me this team is everything especially in those time where the odd scenarios or questions come up they ensure you are comfortable, prepared and always protect your best interest this review was long overdue thank you for everything!!!

I can not let another year go by without expressing our gratitude and the humility we have for the Kelley & Uustal Law Group. Although my grandfather has passed away as of April 2020, he lived a long 13 years of financial stability which afforded him to fund his own life and to continue to take care of his existing family. Being confined to a bed and placed under 24-hour care for the remainder of your life does not come cheap. My grandfather was able to live in his personal home with his family, obtain all the equipment to assist with his daily living, and was able to afford travels so he could vacation with the family. All of this was possible because of the hard work, dedication, expertise, and willingness of the Kelley & Uustal law group with Todd Falzone and his paralegal Jody leading the way. From day one you all came out in authority. The presence of accomplished was felt the moment I walked into the law firm and was constantly greeted by everyone in there without anyone knowing who I was and why was I there. Todd Falzone was by my side every step of the way, through depositions, hospital dilemmas, nursing home difficulties. I called him for everything, and he always responded, and when he could not Jody would always make the call. I was never ignored; I was treated more like family. The day of court I was so nervous, but Robert Kelley and Todd Falzone always looked over to their left where I was sitting with a bright smile on their face. I knew if they were smiling, I should have been smiling too. I also looked to the rear of the court room and saw Mr. Uustal there in support of his colleague, and I can remember thinking these guys are the real deal. My grandfather’s entire case was expensive and the care he received prior to winning the case was even more expensive. But the amount the Kelley & Uustal firm won far more exceeded my grandfather’s expenses. The sum was life changing for our family and I am and forever grateful that the Kelley & Uustal Law Group got justice for my family! I have the highest praise for Kelley Uustal and recommend them to anyone who has had a catastrophic loss. The firm was in my corner during a time of grief when all I had was questions. When you have to retain a law firm as prestigious as Kelley/Uustal, you are probably not in a good place at the moment. From the very first phone conversation when we just were sharing our story , not knowing what to do or not do, they treated us with respect and an honesty that kept us on point. I was in a terrible accident with my daughter. Ms. Billing went out of her way to personally walking me through the case until it went to court and was finalized. In addition, she personally supported my daughter and I as we faced several deaths in our family while the case was pending.
