First off I cannot thank Kristin Bianculli and Carolina Florez for all the hard work they did on my behalf. On May 22, 2015 I fell down 15 concrete stairs in front of my condo because the stairs were not painted with the correct non-skid paint. My life was turned upside down as a result of this incident. I came to Kelly and Uustal seeking advice and found them to be completely understanding, especially as I continued to battle episodes of extreme symptoms of vertigo. Over the pass 2 ½ years Kristin and Carolina would keep in touch with me regarding my condition and my progress. Their continuous open line of communication really made my experience a positive one and put me at ease. My case wasn’t a big one but their attention to detail proved that they make all their clients a priority no matter how big or small the case is. In the end their magic paid off and I walked away with more compensation then I ever anticipated. I highly recommend this incredible and dedicated team.
